Who we are
CyPro Ltd, the UK cyber security consultancy behind Tenant Security, runs this website and is the data controller for anything personal you submit on tenantsecurity.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Each enquiry or booking hands us exactly the fields you filled in: who you are, your work email, your company, a phone number if you gave one, and your message. Replying to you, and scoping or delivering whatever you later commission, is the entire use we make of it. Your details join no marketing list unless you explicitly ask, and they are not for sale at any price.
Cookies
No cookie is set without your say-so. If analytics are offered, they stay off until you choose Accept on the banner, and they do one job only: telling us which pages help visitors and which need work.
Spam protection
Submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile so that automated scripts cannot flood the form. As part of telling people from bots, Turnstile inspects technical characteristics of the submission, among them your IP address and browser make-up; that processing is governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum governs that processing.
How long we keep enquiry data
An enquiry stays on record while the exchange, or a resulting engagement, still uses it; after that it is removed under CyPro Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection: the UK GDPR rights all apply to whatever personal data of yours we hold. Exercise them via the contact page and we will act on it without delay.
